Our machines and systems are designed and manufactured in compliance with key international standards, including CE, EAC, FDA, and EAC/GOST requirements for the Russian market.
The process begins with a detailed analysis of applicable regulations, including European directives for machinery and industrial systems (Machinery Directive, PED, ATEX where applicable), hygiene and food safety regulations for the food industry (HACCP, EU Regulations 1935/2004 and 10/2011), and electrical safety standards (CEI, IEC, EN).
During the design phase, we verify system layouts and configurations for compliance, prepare risk assessments, and develop complete technical documentation. This is followed by documentation audits and compliance testing, including the preparation of operating manuals, certificates, and CE declarations, as well as support during FAT/SAT testing and quality inspections.
